Ramen is a Japanese food that consists in a soup or broth with noodles and meat , often flavored with soy sauce or miso, and uses toppings such as sliced pork , nori (dried seaweed), and spring onions.
The soup or broth is a process of cooking of 24 hours, therefore is so rich in flavor. The based of the broth vary as chicken, pork or seafood.

Tsuta Japanese Soba Noodle is the first Ramen restaurant in the world that become a Michelin starred, between 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 consecutive has claimed this award by Michelin Guide becoming one of the best ramen in Tokyo.
Its location is in Tokyo, being a small place with few seats, busy time is inevitable besides to eat here you must go to the ramen shop in the morning to get a ticket is like a your booking and choose the time when you want to make the reservation, the advice to go in the morning is because the tickets are running out fast, do not forget that is an award winning restaurant.
My Ramen choice “Charsiu Wonton Ajitama Shoyu Soba”
The Roasted pork & the soft egg are essentials but if you love truffle don’t be afraid of ordering it

The good news about the price
When an award winning restaurant, the first thing what I think is, it has to be expensive, well this is the good news, you do not have to bankrupt your wallet, as a follower of ramen I have eaten in New York, Melbourne, Bangkok, Tokyo and the price does not change too much, regardless of the place may be vary a few dollar and this one is not an exception its price is 1,540 yen around $22 AUD, how I said does not make a big different.
Where to eat the michelin starred ramen must be taken serious
Reading about Tsuta Japanese Soba Noodle has changed its address the old location was in Toshima City, Tokyo where I ate but is permanently closed so don’t get confuse. The new address is in Shibuya City, Tokyo besides with twice seats more than before then getting in, should be easier also have been opened two more restaurant in Singapore link here Tsuta.
