Ramen at Momofuku Noodle Bar in New York

Momofuku Noodle Bar is Asian restaurant with some touches of New York city. In other words, it is from New York, besides a very busy place willing to give you a nice experience of noodles soup such as ramen.

First of all, at Momofuku Noodles bar was my first experience eating the most tasty japanese noodles soup. In fact, I fell in love with the ramen of the famous chef David Chang.

Despite that the chef David Chang is not Japanese, instead Korean background but was born in United States.

On the other hand, it was the best noodle soup that I have ever tried. I put this in table because this dish is typical from Japan. In other words, it is difficult to find chefs from others countries that can makes so authentic food. Specifically from the Japanese country, where they have very strict ways of cooking by my experience of being in Japan.

In addition, he worked in Japan at a soba shop, that is to say a type of a noodle soup place.

Momofuku “Smoked Pork Ramen”

Today, after 4 years to have eaten theRamen at Momofuku with the ingredients such as pork belly, egg yolk and bamboo. I can say that I still have not been able to find a better David Chang’s ramen.

However, there is one place, where I ate Asian soup in Tokyo that has the same in terms of quality and taste. Certainly, that spot is Tsuta Japanese Soba Noodle the first ramen shop to get a michelin star.

In fact, about these two places which is better depends on each personal taste. In other words, personally I lean towards Momofuku Noodle Bar, duo to I love the fusion of Japanese food with the New York style.
