First of all Pasquale Jones is not just a restaurant for me. In other words, this place was where I learned how to make Neapolitan pizza, moreover that made me start to feel the passion of this beautiful art of making pizza.

In fact, I worked here and I can say, certainly it was my best experience in the kitchen. Duo to by the professionals who works in this place and the environment of a good team willing to help to each other.

A team with incredible knowledge and experience. Pasquale Jones became the spot for young people that were eager to learn. By the way including me.

Definitely this is the best Margherita that I have eaten and made. Usually, this pizza is prepare with san marzano tomatoes sauce, fiore di latte or buffalo mozzarella, basil and a few drops of olive oil. Instead, At Pascuales Jones are used three cheeses such as buffalo mozzarella, fiore di latte and Parmigiano Reggiano.
