First of all, Sühring was the best of all restaurants that I had the chance to eat in Bangkok. Besides, the German restaurant has been awarded Two Michelin Stars by the Michelin guide. Presenting a modern German tasting menu inspired by family recipes, childhood memories and travel experiences.
Moreover, Sühring has a delightful environment that seems like a beautiful garden.

The restaurant Sühring was not in my plan to go to eat there, but I could not obtain a reservation at Sorn, which is well known as the best restaurant in Bangkok and positioned as the second-best restaurant in Asia by the World’s 50 Best. On the other hand, the German restaurant occupies the seventh position on the same list. Hence, I decided to try delicate German food, and I did not regret it because it was a fantastic experience.
Tasting Menu
The entrees were very nice at Sühring, a perfect balance as has to be in a fine dining dinner. Then going toward the mains, I missed a bit of flavour. Further, the high-quality fish and meat were not the stars of those dishes and I found them a little plain. However, the desserts were outstanding both so delicious and beautiful.
