In each place I went to eat in Bangkok, I obtained a good recommendation to try a new restaurant. Hence, it was how I knew about Jidori Cuisine Ken, a Japanese restaurant that specialises in yakitori. Which consists of small skewers cooked on a charcoal grill bbq. Besides, it’s one of the best yakitori spots that I ate in the city, which uses only chicken meat to make those skewers. Additionally, there are other dishes that you must try as well, and I will explain them to you below.

To begin with, Jidori Cuisine Ken makes only chicken yakitori. Moreover, the Japanese restaurant also serves an izakaya menu, where you can eat delicious Japanese food. As dishes such as Maguro Zuke Mitsuba Ae (maguro tuna), Jakarta Wagyu Tataki and the dessert Kinako Annin Tofu (almond jelly with roasted soybean flour and brown sugar syrup).

That is to say, the tune was so fresh and yummy that I wanted to order one more, but it was sold out. Further, the wagyu tataki was superior. Hence, I don’t remember having tried a better than this Japanese dish. Finally, the dessert, which was my first time tasting sweet tofu, and it was one of the most beautiful things that I have eaten in my life. And I tasted it at Jidori Cusine Ken in Bangkok.
Omakase Yakitori

In fact, I tried the best selection of chicken yakitori of eight skewers at Jidori Cusine Ken. Although, all of them were so good. But the skewers which blew my palate were homemade Tsukune Bou (minced chicken meat with egg yolk and teriyaki sauce) and Jidori Bou (chicken thigh with crispy skin). In short, they were so tasty and authentic Japanese food.
