It has been a while that I haven’t written. But after lockdown ended in the city of Melbourne, my chef life turned again to be so busy, with less time to talk about what I love, food. However, that doesn’t stop me, to continue finding beautiful places to eat delicious. That’s why, it’s how I found a stall named Little Hof, making German street food, in the South Melbourne Market.

In fact, I have been at little Hof more than a couple of times. Carry on, trying its pretzel, hot dog with German sausage and of course German beer. Although, I love all the food here, the pretzel is my weakness. Due to, where the first time I tasted it, was in New York city next to a side of mustard. After that, I just fell in love with pretzel, besides my standard became so high with the knot bread that I always want to try best one. As a result, Little Hof makes a beautiful pretzel, perhaps, the best in Melbourne because still I can’t find a better one.

Moreover, I can’t leave out the German hot dog Bratwurst. Because, it’s very tasty and sour, due to the sauerkraut and pickled cucumbers that contrast very well with the fatty sausage. In short, a hot dog that you must try here, to get to know more about German food.

In addition, there are more varieties of German hot dogs at Little Hob. Likewise, the first one, is sour but also sweet, besides with a special sauce from the stall. In fact, the Kransky is another hot dog to keep in mind at the German place.

Bonus track, eating German food, let me tell you something that without a German beer your meal will not be same. Therefore, I strongly recommend you, to get the beer below that also is sells at Little Hof. As a result, in this way you will enjoy the complete experience with German food.
