In my six years living in Melbourne, Ten Minutes by Tractor is the best fine dining restaurant that I have tried so far. Besides, the Two Chef Hats, awarded Australian restaurant by Good Food, has a beautiful winery and cellar door to taste delicious wines. Moreover, it is not explicitly located in Melbourne but in the Mornington Peninsula, around one hour from the city. In addition, reservations are mandatory.
To begin with, coming to Ten Minutes by Tractor was a casualty because some friends invited me to join them for dinner there. Well, I did not want to miss this chance. Hence, I said yes, and the rest is history because I still believe that it is the best restaurant that I have tried in Victoria and the world so far. Overall, all the dishes were delicious, and the wine pairing was a beautiful well match.
Now let’s go to the fine dining and all the fantastic dishes I ate there. Consequently, I tasted the five-course menu with the alternative wine pairing course, and as I said before, each dish was beautiful, and every wine on the table matched perfectly well with the food.

My Favourite dishes at the Restaurant
In fact, without a doubt, the best dishes at Ten Minutes by Tractor were O’Connor’s short rib, Foie gras, green pepper & Oscietra caviar was one of them. However, you must pay $90 AUD to eat this dish because it is an additional one. Then, the second dish that I loved was Wimmera dry-aged duck, braised cabbage & spiced morello so good. In addition, the dessert was another dish. I exclaimed wow, very nice.
