In fact, as I said before at Ishizuka, they keep the honest and authentic flavors of the food. So, it doesn’t have much changes. In other words, I could taste the balance and pure flavors of all the ingredients. As a result, a very nice start.
Aonori Chawanmushi, Oyster Gratin, Spanner Crab

Surely, an enjoyable dish with several small snacks. Besides, if I were just a boy, would be the happiest whatsoever on earth. Because, it seemed like a surprise box of food with many options to try, reflected on an elegant fine dining dish. Certainly, it was very good.
Hamaguri Clam, Snow Crab & Winter melon

Indeed, an exquisite refined clam soup, to describe it simpler. Besides, the nice snow crab, winter melon and a layer of gold, to feel the natural flavors of Japanese food. In short, it was super nice.
Hotate, Tuna, Paradise Prawn, King George Whiting

Honestly, I love sushi and everything that comes from it. Likewise, sashimi, for the freshness of the fish and quality. Therefore, this Japanese food was totally delicious at Ishizuka.
Matsukasa – Yaki Alfonsino, Celeriac, Truffle

Another, amazing dish was this one with a very tasty, well cooked and pure of its flavors. Plus, the seasonal truffle and celeriac created something magnificent.
Hoba Miso Kagoshima A5 Wagyu, Foie Gras, Black Garlic, Fig & Leek
Let’s start with this beautiful, tender A5 Wagyu. Because, this what was going to come.

To become this beautiful Japanese food.

In fact, a perfect medium rare 5A wagyu very tender that melts in your mouth, plus the fresh fig, foie gras and black garlic. Just to warn you, once it’s served mixed all the ingredients together and eat it. As a result, it was one of the most beautiful dishes during this dinner.
Toro Sushi from Tokyo Fish Market, One of The Best at Ishizuka
At this time Japanese food became better. That is to say, the Toro sushi, rather nigiri was until now the best. Due to, the Toro was brought from Tokyo Fish Market, to give the most authentic Japanese touch. Finally, the second most delicious food at Ishizuka because is coming something better.

Ozoni: Miso-Sesame Soup with Mochi, Cipollini, koji-Marinated Chicken & Rosemary

After that, it came the Miso-Sesame soup and the marinated Chicken & Rosemary. In fact, as all dishes at the Japanese restaurant remained, the balance and pure flavors of the food. Also, very nice.
Wasabi & Lime Ice Cream, Chocolate Soufflé & Mango-Mandarin Sauce

Certainly, the most delicious soufflé that I have tried. Besides, the Wasabi & Lime ice cream helped to increase the beautiful taste, together with the Mango-Mandarin sauce and the fresh mandarin just enhance a perfect dessert.
Extra A5 Wagyu Sushi The Best at Ishizuka
In addition, after the dessert, I thought my dinner had ended. But, there is, the chance to order more sushi as an Omakase experience. Therefore, I went for the last nigiri and meal of the night, with the A5 Wagyu sushi. Moreover, it served flamed as you can appreciate it and I will tell you what. Above all, it was the most incredible Japanese food at Ishizuka, where I had to pay only extra $20 AUD to tasted.
