Once I sat in the Japanese restaurant, I first got the menu. Hence, I realised it was only in Japanese, so I could not understand anything. However, the yakitori chef suggested that I should start with the omakase option, that is to say, the selection by the chef. After that, I had to order more Yakitori because it was amazing. How I had internet on my phone, I used Google translator and took a picture to know the meaning of each Japanese dish on the menu at Yakitori Shira.

Finally, I would like to suggest my favourite skewers at Yakitori Shira. To begin with, Chicken minced ball, liver, neck and chicken thigh with wasabi. Then, you are free to choose whatever you like, but those are my recommendation. Additionally, I recommend pairing the meal with wine or sake selected by the owner-chef, who is also a sommelier.
