Moreover, any Japanese restaurant where I went to eat while in Bangkok. Suddenly, the name Sushi Masato came to the table because I was always asking where I can find the best sushi in the city. So, the answer was pretty much obvious Masato. For this reason, I made up my choice and booked at the sushi restaurant. However, there is something very important to know that you must book within 15 days prior minimum because this sushi spot is so busy and most of the time is fully booked.

But the good news is Sushi Masato counts three sushi tables, on the first floor you will find chef Masato himself. On the second floor, it will be chef Kanno and on the third-floor chef Kurokawa. Therefore, if you missed the reservation with Masato, still you have a chance to eat here with the other two amazing chefs.

  1. I never saw wasabi that was that dark green before. I can see the melt in your mouth texture of the fish. Interesting to see. Thanks!
