Almost all the time, I want to try new food and discover good places to recommend to people, who love eating like me. Therefore, it’s how I went through the restaurant Tian 38 located in 350 Flinders Lane, to explore the Singaporean Chinese cuisine “the new school” of the Chinese food in Melbourne.

In fact, I haven’t tried much Singaporean food during all my life. On the other hand, Chinese food has been presented to me, Since I was a kid, with several good and bad experiences around the world. But thinking to eat both cuisines at the same time, surely I got excited. Then, I decided to give a visit to Tian 38.

In addition, the Chinese restaurant is very cool, with a charming staffs. Besides, where the waitress can guide super well, what you should eat. Because, any dishes what I got here, were fantastic and just following staff’s advice.

Samurai Gourmet at Tian 38

First of all, from the moment when I arrived, certainly it was a great connection with the staff. After that, they went through the menu, to make sure to try the best dishes here. In short, from the beginning the food was delicious, but also it was getting better with the plates to come.

Turned out, the first dish that I’ve got, it was the Chicken and Wagyu skewers. Besides, very tasty that also played well with the peanut sauce. However, as I said before, my dinner was getting better with dishes to come as the next one.

Golden Salted Egg Yolk Prawns

Do you love fried food? well, you have to eat these Prawns at Tian 38. Due to, they are incredible delicious, plus the salted yolk just highlights the flavor of this plate.

Free Range Steamed Hainan Chicken

Surely, I need to finish with this dish because, it was the icing of the cake. In other words, the steamed chicken was so good served with Garlic Chicken stock rice very nice by the way and those two sauces making it even better. As a result, Chinese food to not forget at Tian 38.
