Certainly, it has been one of the most recently and more enjoyed breakfast in Melbourne after 4 years living here. In fact, the first time I came at Two Birds One Stone, it was three weeks ago. But then I repeated the spot, one week later. Therefore, it had a reason, why I chose this breakfast restaurant that is located in South Yarra to eat again.

Firstly, the coffee is great. Due to, it the first thing that I always ordered in any restaurant in Melbourne. Secondly, the food is delicious, based in breakfast and brunch, I had the chance in my two visits at Two Birds One Stone, to drink nice latte and to eat, two beautiful dishes such as Ricotta Pancakes with Rhubarb and Twice Cooked Pork Belly. In short, thanks to this good food, I can not wait to come to eat here again.

Perhaps, it was destiny or my cravings for food adventures started to kicking on me. Because walking on the streets of South Yarra, in the morning, my appetite for a good breakfast was imminent.
Hence, looking for good reviews on google, in breakfast restaurant close to me. Appeared Two Birds One Stone highly ranked and many great reviews. So, I didn’t hesitate to try the food here.
Surely, starting with a latte I began to realize that it was the right place to eat.
Ricotta Pancakes With Rhubarb

Then, reading the menu appeared the dish called Ricotta pancakes and more. Therefore, the first thing that it came to my mind, it was the Russian pancakes that I ate in Saint Petersburg. And not to mention that also included my favorite vegetable rhubarb, made as a compote in this dish together with raspberry. In fact, a better breakfast couldn’t be possible until I mixed with vanilla mascarpone served on the top. As a result, it was just so good.

Twice Cooked Pork Belly

In my second time at Two Birds One Stone during the afternoon, I wanted to eat something salty. And it’s when a craving of a tasty pork belly wrote on the menu, helped me to decide for the right dish. Besides, it was served with celeriac puree, roasted cauliflower and brussels sprouts, king oyster mushroom and a poached egg. Surely, it meant to me, a great brunch rather than a breakfast.
