Although, I still don’t have the chance to visit Egypt, the first experience with Egyptian food was pleasant. In fact, where I tried this tasty cuisine, it was at Cairo takeaway in Sydney. A small restaurant that makes food inspired for the streets and homes of Egypt. Besides, in this place are feature the falafel, fuul and Koshary for those who avoid to eat meat. On the other hand, charcoal meats are on the menu as well. Because it’s part of the daily Egyptian cuisine.

First of all, the fusion of sukuk Middle Eastern sausages, capcicum, tomatoes and eggs. It’s one of the most delicious Egyptian food that I have tried. Because all these flavours, in one dish only, it’s just beautiful. Also, remember me, a dish that I used to cook at home, such as scramble eggs with tomatoes. However, this one at Cairo is much better.
