Bar Us is a cocktail bar that is a lab of herbs and spices that experiments with them to obtain great flavours in a drink. In fact, the concept of this spot is based on a restaurant menu divided by starter, main and after, as if it were indeed a restaurant. The atmosphere is also cool, where you can get great drinks without seeing in a typical cocktail spot. It opens its doors from 6 pm to midnight. On the other hand, Fridays and Saturdays stay until late 1 am. Additionally, Reservations are not mandatory.
How much does it cost to drink at Bar Us?
First of all, you get what you pay. That is to say, the cocktails are worth each cent that you spend. In fact, each drink costs around 450 THB, which is approximately 20 AUD. So, it is very affordable to be an awarded cocktail bar.
Do you need a reservation?
Indeed, reservations are available, but they are not mandatory. In other words, you can perfectly go for a drink by just walking in. Besides, bookings work until a specific time of the night. For example, from Sunday – Thursday, 18.00 – 22.00 and Friday – Saturday, 18.00 – 20.30. After that, reservations are no longer accepted, and walking is allowed.
How good are the cocktails at Bar Us
Certainly, cocktails are excellent for the complexity of the ingredients, transforming classic dishes into drinks. Its concept of reflecting a food menu in cocktails is unusual but extraordinary. The Starter is the first course, which includes light, refreshing, and appetising drinks. Then, it continues with MAIN for savoury cocktails like Fish Soup or Ramen, which are both very recommended.
