All began when I started to learn the most beautiful art. That is to say, the art of making the Neapolitan pizza. In fact, my beginnings were in the big island, Manhattan in New York. Where I learnt to stretch the pizza dough by my hands and use a wood fired oven as an amataur, at the restaurant Pasquale Jones. Then the in love for making this amazing pizza crossed borders to Melbourne. And when I met 400 Gradi to continue learning the pizza that stole my heart.

Diabola my only one at 400 Gradi
Surely, my favorite one the spicy salami, tomato sauce, mozzarella and rocket. In short, the most delicious for me because I love spicy food, besides this salami is so tasty.
For those who love sweet calzone nutella is your best choice. In other words, you are trying a dessert but also tasting the same dough, which is used to make the Neapolitan pizza. Plus the vanilla ice cream.
Calzone al Forno
Another good one is the calzone al forno. Although, the authentic Neapolitan way is the calzone deep fried that it was made at 400 Gradi before. However, the best for me, is this one with ricotta, ham, salami, mozzarella and tomato sauce. In short, it’s so good.
Surely, I don’t want to forget to the vegetarians. Due to, the pizza made with fried eggplants then cooked in the oven as a lasagna with mozzarella, parmesan cheese, basil and tomato sauce. As a result creating this amazing pizza for those who don’t eat meat.
