In fact, Supernormal brings the modern Asian flavours to its kitchen. Mainly, influences from Tokyo, Shanghai, Seoul and Hong Kong. By the chef Andrew McConnell that any dish has a sophisticated way of presentation.

Moreover, it’s not a secret that Supernormal does it well. And nobody told me I realized myself. It all started, on each day, when I was on my way home, after work. Certainly, ramen is one of my weakness. And when it was put in the lunch menu at Supernormal I couldn’t resist the desire to try it. As a result, it was so delicious but with a bit lack of japanese flavors. That is to say, I have eaten very authentic ramen in Tokyo at Tsuta Japanese Soba Noodle, New York at Momofuku Noodle Bar and Melbourne at Shujinko. And those gave me real Japanese taste.
