First of all, Tim Ho Wan is not a fine dining place. In fact, its beginnings began in 2009 with the first opening in Hong Kong. By the Chef Mak Kwai Pui and where Chinese Restaurant counted with 20 seats only. Then, after twelve months, it was awarded with one Michelin Star. As a result, today there are more than 20 restaurants around the world, as in Asia and cities as Sydney, New York and Melbourne.

Certainly, Chinese Restaurant looks like a normal place. In other word, where the casual service is what Tim Ho Wan is. Besides, small tasting dishes with good flavours at a fair price makes so popular this spot. Moreover, the quick entrance and exit of customer, the guaranteed of a fast service with some delicious Chinese food is inevitable.

Surely, when I eating Chinese food, dumplings are always in my list to be ordered. And, in this case at Tim Ho Wan there is not an exception. In fact, I love dumplings and is one of the main dishes that remember me that I’m tasting Chinese flavours. Besides, these are pretty good here.

Also, another dish that I like to order when I eating Chinese Food, is noodles. Because, they gives me authentic taste of the Asian Cuisine. Besides, they are so good and I enjoy each time when I eat in the right place.

  1. One of the other Tim Ho Wan Restaurants opened just one year ago in Las Vegas. I hope to check it out sometime but it is currently closed due to the pandemic. It’s due to reopen early next year. Sounds fantastic!
